Temporary closure of activities.
In such a difficult time for Italy, the seriousness, professionalism and sense of corporate belonging of all our employees have allowed, in compliance with health regulations, the continuity of production activity to date.
Being there was important. We would like to thank all the employees, collaborators, managers who, up to now, with willingness and a spirit of sacrifice, have allowed the continuity of customer service.
Those who work defend the economic survival not only of their family and business, but also of the country.
Today, in the primary interest of workers and the whole community, we are required to stop for fifteen days.
In compliance with the Prime Minister's Decree of 22 March and the Lombardy Region Ordinance of 21 March and with sense of responsibility towards the whole community, Gandini Fasteners and Gandini Industria have started the closure of the activities, in the respective offices of Sesto S. Giovanni and Canzo, who will resume, unless otherwise specified, on Monday 6 April.
In the meantime, all procedures relating to the safety of plants and machinery as well as the Data Processing Center have already been started, and will be completed soon. We would like to thank the people who, making themselves willing to complete this crucial operation, will allow a fast and risk-free restart.
Many of our customers produce essential sanitary devices or components in this difficult moment: we reassure them as of now that we will do everything possible to reopen as soon as possible, while respecting the law and safety, to maintain continuity of supply.
To the over ten thousand of our Italian and foreign customers, we remind you that our stocks will be able to satisfy most of their requests in a short time, despite the foreseeable logistical and supply difficulties in Europe.
We wish everyone to be able to overcome this terrible health emergency and to see the long-awaited economic recovery.
